Hosted by Richard Bigg, MD of Camino, enjoy drinks on arrival followed by a welcome from Richard and talk from Annica Wainwright, a copywriter and the co-founder of 2Forks, Annica will be introduced by Thom Elliot. 

Annica Wainwright is a self-confessed menu geek with a collection that dates back to the early 90s, Annica is particularly interested in creating better restaurant experiences by crafting menus around customer research and behavioural science. Before launching 2Forks in 2012, Annica worked as a food critic for publications including Time Out and Square Meal, where she was an editor for over 15 years. Annica will be talking to us about how we can all make the most valuable document in our business work as hard as it possibly can - for our customers, for our teams and for our bottom line. 

The event will end with delicious food and more drinks.
